Damaged or Missing Items
If goods are damaged or missing, contact us immediately. If damaged on delivery, sign the delivery note as “Damaged” so we can claim from the carrier. Claims for shortages must be made within 7 days.
Returns Conditions
Goods must be sealed, unused, and in original packaging. Items must be returned in resaleable condition.
Collection Charges
If arranged by us, courier collection incurs a fee of £10.99 (ex VAT).
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 14 working days after inspection and approval. Any courier deductions will be applied before refund.
